The ARC ST splitboard binding from Spark R&D features the Tesla T1 system, which is probably the fastest to convert splitboard system on the market. The binding is converted from touring to downhill mode in a matter of seconds. The new Smooth Touring (ST) technology is used in the ST Touring Brackets and the ST Whammy Bars (climbing aids). For these components, Spark over-molds the metal parts with a proprietary thermoplastic compound to reduce friction. This increases durability and improves efficiency when climbing.

Assymetrische Highbacks der Spark ARC ST Splitboardbindung

Asym Rip 'N' Flip Highbacks

The highbacks feature a tool-free forward tilt adjustment that makes it easy to switch between Tour and Ride modes. The asymmetrical design features individual left and right highbacks that tilt inward to accommodate the rider's posture.

ST Touring Brackets

The bindings slide sideways into the ST bracket (touring bracket) and are attached with the snap ramp. Conversion takes seconds.

ST Whammy Bars

The ST Whammy Bar climbing aid is integrated directly into the baseplate. The climbing aid can be easily folded out with the pole during the tour and locked in two positions: low (12°) and high (18°).

Pillow Line Straps

Lightweight. Ultra-durable. Comfortable. One-piece molded construction. The "pillows" are thin and flexible for a comfortable fit, while the thicker ribs are held off the boot and provide rigidity.

Ride Mode

Pucks

Slide the binding over the pucks. Snow and ice hardly affect the Spark System, they are simply pushed away.

Step 1

Push the binding all the way in and then close the snap ramp to lock the binding in this position.

Now it’s time to buckle up and enjoy the descent.

Hike Mode

Touring Bracket

For touring mode, the two pins are pushed into the holes of the ST Touring Bracket.

Step 1

Push the binding all the way into the touring mount and lock it by folding down the snap ramp.

step 2

Now you are ready to climb.

Flip to Tour

With the lever you can easily switch the highback between the downhill position with "Forward Lean" and the touring position with a tilt of -13° for larger stride widths.

Find your perfect angle

Micro-adjustable from 0 to 22 degrees without tools for individual adjustment of the highback inclination.

Flip to Ride

Fold the highback forward, flip the lever and you are ready for the descent.
