1. Guarantee claim
Fill out the Satisfaction Guarantee form below. We will contact you about how to proceed.
2. Return board
You send the board back safely packaged.
3. Inspection
Once we receive the board, we will inspect it for any damage or unusual wear. If the product is returned in new condition, it will be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. We reserve the right to make deductions in the event of clear, visible signs of wear or damage.
4. Refund
Once your board has been inspected and deemed eligible for Satisfaction Guarantee, the refund will be issued.
